I'm leaving the office in about 20 minutes to drive to the doctor's office. I had a nice morning with the kids...I shared some laughs as I got the Bun and Goobs dressed this morning. God's been good to me...I can't ask for more than J and those two balls of energy.
Okay... this is just part one of the process. So not much will happen today, but I'm still shaking in my boots. Time to go do it.

Mama Nabi...You are sooooo right. Okay, so I'm back at home after the visit to the doctor. I must be the biggest nincompoop in the blogosphere. He looked me up and down, pushed, prodded, asked me questions and then put on his rubber glove for the initial moment of truth. Turns out that he doesn't think it's what I feared "The Big C". I have a fissure and probably need a good and thorough colon cleaning. He still wants to give me a colonoscopy because I'm the right age for it. So, I'll do that. So, I guess I thought I was dying because I had problems poopin'.
Mama Nabi...you're right and I just have to laugh at myself. J told me that she wanted to strangle me because of my brain working overtime...but then she told me that she loved me.
A good laugh is in order...and probably a real lesson learned on my part.
a colonoscopy is never a bad idea! (*it's not a popular idea, but a good one.)
i'm glad to hear it's not the big C . . . maybe you can get one of those coffee enema-thingies you read about in holistic medicine magazines? =P

My sis and her hubby get this thing done on a regular basis - this colon cleansing thing. This lady does liver cleansing, foot waterbath thing, and colon cleansing. It keeps them healthy internally.
YAY! and I agree, colonoscopy is never popular but always good idea.
